- Game Length - four eight-minute quarter.
- Half time will be 10 minutes including the 3 minute warm up.
- Overtime Rule - 10 yard overtime procedure.
- Regulation game will use a 28 point mercy rule.
- Fifth Quarter - 30 minutes with running clock to begin within 2 minutes of
regulation game. No team meet, no coin flip. Visiting
team will have the first possession starting on the own 40-yard line. A coach
from each school will be on the field for the 5th quarter.
